Is it possible that my whole account got quarrantined?

So I have published an asset about more than a week ago and it wasn't indexed. I  decided to remove it and instead posted a new game (a fresh one so I do not expect immediate indexing).

However it's not the first time I try to publish something here and every time even after I wait patiently I still do not get indexed, when some random accounts created like an hour ago get indexed in few minutes.

I read the rules regarding indexing and made everything as they say and still after patiently waiting I don't have visibility so I suspect that I got quarrantined.

...There are no restrictions on your account. As explained in this unofficial FAQ and countless topics, indexing times of a week aren't unusual. If you keep deleting and recreating your games, you're only going to 1) delay things even more and 2) look suspicious. Please wait.

Ok thank you.

Is there any way I can make my account "less suspicious" and better for indexing in the future? I am trying to deliver traffic by myself, also I am sticking to all the guidelines that you mentioned in terms of quality posting etc. However after seeing that account created like 1 day ago get indexed in few seconds makes me feel that my effort is a bit pointless.
