Actually there is a way
First download ZArchiver
And you will need to look up an apk but download Joiplay
Download the Zip file
Unzip it (However when you do this you may get scattered files everywhere in your phone)
Now use joiplay and click the +
Put Add Game
Your Bloodmoney should be in Downloads and open it and you will see Bloodmoney.Exe
Open that and you should be able to do it if you can't I can try to help you
