Is she a LI? Is she doing sexual things with other people? Then it's NTR. Basically what happened in your game. People who are defending it are into the NTR genre. You refused to give future tags. You advertised this as a Harem/Slice of Life game. What happened is neither of those things. Since you've already leaned into adding LI's doing things and it's clear you enjoy NTR you might as well go hard into it because actual Harem/Slice of Life enjoyers will not play.
I'm not going to give this anymore of my time. So do what you want but don't claim the game is something it isn't and be upfront on the kinks/tags that are going to be in the game. You won't have this type of issue if you were just honest and upfront about what was going to be in your game.
