I don't understand your question...We have been updating the Steam/Itch build since the start at the same time as the Patreon version.
I was referring to the new policy changes on NSFW games of Itch, so I was curious and asked that if the game will be still updated on here or no :D
I don't work for itch.io do i can't possibly know about what they will do...As long as they accept us here we will keep updating it.
Oh and another question..Uhmm , so the game with updates itself ? And I don't have to uninstall and reinstall to get the updates right?
On PC if you use the itch.io app it should update itself.

No it works on android but i don't know if it will automatically update itself on Android
