Fun game! I think it's a bit on the nose with the dialogue, but the card effects were fun. The combat system was simplistic yet complex enough to keep me engaged, and the art was nice to look at (Though I do think the pixel sizes between the characters and the background was inconsistent). Game is responsive and very polished, but unfortunately when I got halfway through the student council fight, the game froze :( Kinda bummed about that because I wanted to play more. Either way, great submission!

Haha yup, we're definitely not writers here... very cringe to say the least.
Aw thats sad to hear! Yeah we ran into that bug after we submitted... It is so very odd, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't? We honestly have no idea and never ran into it while playtesting beforehand. If you ever get curious about the ending you should totally try again and hopefully have a better experience!
