Does this game have lesbian scenes? If not, I'd love for them to. I love this game and it has so much potential!

I don't think dev will add any lesbian scenes, as canonically it's the guy assaulting his roommate at night.
Technically dev could add a scene where FMC and her friend make out in a triangle with MC, but that's a very distant future, as dev's main focus is to add more interactions/daylight events/story to the game.
