Hey LAGS, can I ask what triggers the phone showing up for the tennis girl (I forgot her name lol). I've done the quest, but I reset it to find what actually prompts that, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the phone to show up. Is it just RNG or is there like...prerequisite quests?
