Ive got the same problem. The pink hearts spawn, but the meter stays at 0% (using Firefox/windows 11)

same issue but i don't even get the hearts, no feedback from the game whatsoever.
Sad to hear. No idea how to tackle this when I can’t reproduce the bug myself. I’ll probably completely rewrite the sequel so hopefully it won’t be present there. Thanks for reporting.
