Solid concept and the aesthetic is great. The gameplay loop definitely captures the Hotline Miami problem solving but it needs some more depth to be as engaging. The first-shot-accuracy of weapons means you sometimes miss by chance and the simplicity of the levels makes the gameplay feel a bit linear. As a proof of concept this is good work and I hope you keep working on it.
