As far as i used CS launch settings you actually dont want quotes around the actual command otherwise it will not read as a command
""D:\Download\Amorous2Launcher_Win64_v1.0.6\Amorous 2 Launcher.exe"" -force-d3d11
this is how i used and it worked out for me
i can be wrong and maybe quotes dont make any difference, so try searching in any case, it can be something else.
