I accidentally turned on yuri mode and started a new game, but the mode continues to be applied. Is there a solution?

No. Yuri mode is permanent, but no content is actually removed. You can alter the rate for female customers in the settings, and the only change that can’t be ignored is the essence potions replacing semen flasks.
