How do you get the first orb? It definitely has something to do with the clues but I have no idea of what they mean

this is what i’ve worked out so far:

if i'm interpreting the meadow clue correctly, each clue corresponds to a number from 1 to 12. the meadow clue seems to suggest that a horizontal line is +3, the middle vertical is -2, and the outer verticals are -1. that would mean that w1 is 8, w2 is 11, w3 is 4, w4 is 6, w5 is 1, w6 is 7, w7 is 3, w8 is 10, w9 is 9, w10 is 12, and w11 is 5. that would mean the missing number is 2. i thought i would have to touch the objects corresponding to each world in the "nimi's garden" level in the right order (with the "what" object representing the missing number). that would make the order magic, what, fox, fairy, rocket, cactus, fruit, angler, plane, armor, amoeba, pickaxe. but i tried touching them in that order and nothing happened. and i have no idea what the tiled room is all about
