Yeah, these are some great ideas, Some of these I have definitely thought about and was planning to add.
The dice being a visual roll is definitely one of them, it would be a lot easier to understand what is happening and then I also would like to show when each item is activating their respective abilities.
Right now I am currently attempting to create a visual effect to show when you are greatly over the score. So if your target value would be 10, and you hit a 20. There would be an explosion of effects to say.
I definitely think the visual dice and modifiers to them would be a really good idea.
And to make the main section more entertaining, I have thought about adding in active items, but I do not know exactly how that could effect the overall game-play. That may be something that would be added in farther into the future,
