HAHA, checkpoints are an interesting suggestion. It did come across my mind during development. Though i eventually cut them out cause i liked the vibes it gave the player without them. Since there are no checkpoints it puts more pressure and stress on the player to win, it makes the stakes feel higher. The idea from the start was to make a game that's really really stressful/suspenseful. Overtime, i guess that stress could translate into rage, though that's a normal human response depends on the person playing.

True the section at the end can be a little bit luck based, though there's always a way to position yourself so only one of the Pinocchio's is in frame.
