My issue has been amended to be user error. Refer to the next couple of comments to see what you're supposed to do, if you're as stumped as I was. (Use the scene asset instead of the individual prefabs)

I purchased this base set to have shenanigans with it, but the Alpha prefab isn't 100%-load-in-and-upload-immediately ready upon purchase. I have no idea how to get into contact with you, Chaotic Jay, but I want to resolve this as soon as possible. There isn't an avatar descriptor, a vrc parameter set, none of the animations and toggles work, and there's no documentation noting these issues and how to resolve them.  That's not all of it, though.  Supposedly it's too tall for the Quest-end bounding box, and I had to go into the rig and adjust the jaw bone to be attached to the tongue. Those are the issues I can immediately think of. Please, get back with me as soon as you can

It should be fine if you use the scene the prefab comes with

Here is a quick video I made. It is super easy, it is upload ready, and everything should work

Your swift advice and video amended my issues, genuinely thank you. Please forgive my ignorance, I didn't think to check the scene asset you included. Again, seriously, thank you.

It is no problem!
