Thank you for this heartfelt comment!

Abra's storyline is close to my heart as well, and I think it's natural sometimes to have problems, and make big sweeping changes in your life when sometimes, your problems just need smaller changes. Changes like asking for help, reaching out to communities or finding someone to talk to.

I'm glad you were able to finish the game and I hope you helped Abra find happiness. It's hard to pick a favorite character, and I relate to bits and pieces of each one! But I think that's my favorite part about how the game turned out, how it just feels like a group of friends and you see them and think "Oh they're back! I should play with them, I haven't talked to them for awhile." That's a good feeling, and it's nice to have friends who want to solve puzzles with you and who cheer you on when you finish 😀

Thanks so much for playing Monster Mind! If you want to talk more about your experience or make some friends, we have a discord too. It's still active after 8 years which is crazy to me! But I think it just emphasizes your point that I lucked into something special. I hope some day lightning can strike again. Anyways, thank you again, this was delightful to read and really brightened my morning.
