I'd go for at least a 5070TI, but it's not necessary. CPU- probably anything will do but grab an x3d for gaming in your spare time.

It all depends how many characters, lights and other stuff you wish to throw into your scenes.  I like cramming lots  into mine, but I've seen people simply not put any props at all or use black silithouetes for background characters - and hey, it works. I recommend familiarizing yourself with HS2 studio first, see how things work. Then you can buy a new PC.
