This board is not for issues with individual games or projects. itch.io hosts hundreds of thousands of games, if you need to contact a developer directly consult their game's page.
This rule isn't meant to annoy users; it's because it's very unlikely that someone who answers general Itch questions will know a specific problem with a program. It can happen, but it's unlikely.
The best thing to do is to ask on the asset's page (at the bottom) or, even better, directly on the Roblox development community site.
For example, I only know Roblox by name; I have no idea how it works, and I have no idea what "Kenney Assets" is. I assume from the name that it's an asset you downloaded or purchased here on Itch.
