I mean the odd thing is I wouldn't think China would care one way or the other. It's not like a cartoon rabbit getting railed is anti-government material. Or if they don't like "obscene" material, you wouldn't think it would keep flip flopping. Glad it's slightly easier to access now though. There was some worry in general over here with Paypal as well, but it doesn't seem to be any more obnoxious/difficult than it always has been, at least for people in the US. Outside the country, as always, it's kind of a diceroll whether they're going to offer service or not in any given situation.

Good to hear on the translation too! I've been meaning to finish a playthrough so I can get the Chinese translation up more "officially" here, but the past few weeks have been crazy here for various reasons. May as well wait and start over once this new one comes out.
