True as the temporary fix can be overridden by change in management but once the law comes out that will stop permanently
i heard japan went to court for antimonopoly because of these guys, because nsfw stuff is not just legal there but also make great contribution for the budget of country. If they wouln't be able to sell their products that would be a great tax loss.
