No offense, I would love to support you, but buying the game from steam feels iffy, especially since the friends I have there could check what I'm playing, or notice that I'm hiding being in game. I'd much rather pay for the full game through ko-fi.
Steam actually has this wonderful option where when you buy games you can "mark as private" at purchase and it wont show up in your library for anyone except you. If that's still too iffy for you, you can always make a second account and buy the game there.
