Hi, I have a question I'd like to answer. If I chose the option to see Bernard at the Full Moon event, can I still win hearts with Logan?
For the time being doing that will make you miss out on events with Logan later on. If you want stuff with Logan you're better off going after him during the Full Moon event. Bernard can be romanced later anyway.
