This is a very, very big download, so I figured, for those curious, I’d write down a bit about what’s inside, following the primary folder structure. I by no means mean to disparage the effort that went into collecting this; I’m just trying to contextualize the utility for other people like me.
- Art: Various images. Not very big, not super useful.
- Battle Maps: A big selection of maps, sorted by theme. Quality/usability varies, but overall, likely to have something useful.
- Character Manager: Didn’t open this, separate zip with what I think is a Dark Heresy/Only War character sheet tool.
- Character Sheets: PDFs for Black Crusade.
- Fonts: Typefaces commonly used in 40k stuff.
- Gameplay Reference: Excel files containing weapons/equipment for the FFG games.
- Graphics: A big collection of various images. Some seem to be files used in programs, like HUD elements. The Ship Graphics list is cool/extensive. There’s also some useful templates for dataslates.
- Handouts: Various images that mostly serve as inspiration, as they seem to be made for specific adventures.
- Hive Maps: A few variations/big photoshop files of the same hive image; I think you can overlay your own images?
- Org Charts: A few charts that lay out the Imperium’s structures, which can definitely be useful.
- Planetary Maps: 2 examples on how to make sleek, relatively minimal hex maps for planets, and Photoshop/Paint.net templates.
- Props: Big collection of PNGs that can be used on maps. Pretty good quality, pretty big selection. Mostly assets from deZigner, as far as I can tell.
- Space Maps: Various sector/space maps
- Tokens: Big variation of tokens, for every faction imaginable. Top-down, circle-stamped, and deZigner.
- World Maps: Example of how to make a planet map (single image)
