Dragocen's former Logothete of Science now takes the position rather than petition

I'm playing the current 0.7.13.1 version and on turn 11 Dragocen's former Logothete of Science is seeking Imperial approval before accepting a post on Heru II, and Zorana can refuse permission. Is it intended?

I think this comment was meant to say that there was a typo somewhere in which the word 'petition' was used where 'position' was intended (a typo). Zorana is supposed to get a choice.
