This is a brilliant piece of weird fantasy that perfectly captures the Appendix N spirit. The writing is top-notch; the alliterative introduction is fantastic, and the descriptions throughout are evocative. The creativity of the unique encounters makes them inspired and memorable.
The final encounter with Suvitas and the sentient sword, Glitter-Gleam, is a real highlight. The dynamic of them speaking independently and complaining about each other, while the sword forces the elf to attack, creates a great, playable situation that goes far beyond a simple boss fight.
The entire adventure is also presented beautifully. The layout is clean, the map is easy to read, and the art choices enhance the strange, mystical feel of the garden. Amazing work—I cannot wait to run this for my group and hope to see more from you in the future.
