Real tall lady has been implemented since the trial version. You'll need to find her in the asylum (before finding Less Tall or in Karasuyama House, as there's no specific ghost on that map that will come, so you can hunt her down) because she's very difficult to find.
It took me a proverbial forever because of a glitch where getting caught by her once, prevents you from setting up a cauldron but I did it! I finally found and caught her! I am so happy!
I caught her a lot, but then I found out that I had to lose to her for the first time. I was very upset because when I changed the files, she stopped appearing. I had to search for her for several hours in a row.
