Hey! What device are you playing on, and what were you doing when this happened? It looks like this might be an engine issue. If you can provide some more info, we might be able to take a look at fixing it.
nope. Stuff like this has been happening to players for a while and we are not sure why its happening. The next hotfix *should* probably fix this but the downside is that it will be slower to load for some devices.
