Thanks for your concern regarding devs mental health, he's good (I think so).
The mod team makes sure to help dev with trivial tasks, such as managing the discord server, replying to comments and helping people with problems, managing translations, some might even. Help out a little with the coding part, so he can focus more on developing the game.
Basically we're helping him to balance his work and relax time, so he can also chill out playing some co-op games with the people or have a healthy amount of laugh.
