Great map and the layout is very nice. Clear understanding of the motivations and characters involved. Is there some benefit to collecting the skeleton? That's unclear. Love the weird fantasy elements. Very nice job.

The benefit is mainly in getting the annoying ghost of your back(one of the random encounters).
This is something I have added last minute as an omage to one of my playtesters making it's his personal goal to collect all the bones.
