The publisher seems to think that a digital release will irremediably result in a huge drop in sales, since it can ease sharing and thus piracy to their eyes. They want to control the flux of money, hence why the keep the games at a high price, physical only, and don’t shy to adamantly strike any site that dare post dumps of "their" games. In that regard, since releasing digital equals no sales, it’s not surprising (although unfortunate) that they do what they do.

we'll they're wrong since all they're gonna do is push people to get the rom online in ways they wont be able to find, or when they do, it'll be too late and more people will have the ability to distribute it LOL

If that were true you'd be able to find the ROM wouldn't you? And you can't so...

i dunno why you're so hostile with that reply but actually i've seen the full modretro rom on sites already. Haven't downloaded it because i legit want to pay the creator for this rom file.
