I am having an issue where three quarters of the screen is bugged out. Mia, and the phone are fine but three quarters of the background and Mia's inner thoughts when behind those three quarters have the effect.

i'll be honest, i have no clue what this might be, and couldn't find anything online.
My guess it's either a problem with the graphics card, or that the Godot rendering driver doesn't work very well with your pc.
Does this happen every time you play the game, or does closing and opening the game fix it?
Also, can you please try and run the game with the CompatibilityLauncher.bat and see if the issue is solved?
