Is there another way to purchase this? Currently cannot because of the payment processor debacle.

The only other way would be to purchase it by joining the Patreon (any tier) and then you would get access to the latest version. I think that should still work.
The Patreon doesn't give you permanent access, however, currently the Patreon is frozen, so you don't get charged monthly, so right now, it's effectively permanent access so long as you don't unsubscribe from it.
