I do not know how to fix that issue as it is related to the engine itself. However, you should just be able to close down the popup and ignore it and play without any issuesm.

So, I'm mostly going off of my memory here, since the last update to the demo was over 3 years ago now, if I recall correctly. However, if I remember correctly, I think I had removed the gallery from the demo because back then, I had considered the lack of images not to be needing a gallery. So I think the gallery is gone in the later versions of the demo.
However, I have plans to update the demo eventually once more images have been completed, to sort of give a final version of the demo since a lot of new features and updates have come even to Chapter 2 since the last update to the demo.
The only other way would be to purchase it by joining the Patreon (any tier) and then you would get access to the latest version. I think that should still work.
The Patreon doesn't give you permanent access, however, currently the Patreon is frozen, so you don't get charged monthly, so right now, it's effectively permanent access so long as you don't unsubscribe from it.
Apologies for the late response, itch.io never gave me a notification about it.
You do not need anything else to play it, or at the very least, you shouldn't need anything else. RPG Maker MV games should only need to be extracted and then run the .exe file. Do you get any sort of error or anything like that when trying to start the game?
It should only require you to download the .zip file, extract it and then run the game.exe file. If that doesn't work, then I am sadly nor sure what the issue could be and am sadly not able to really help either. I have never heard of an issue like this before when it comes to RPG Maker. Do you get any sort of error messages or anything when trying to run the .exe file?
I'd recommend potentially looking up issues starting RPG Maker MV games, especially in regards to your operating system if you're using something that isn't Windows. I can sadly not really help with something that isn't Windows either, since that is the only operating system I can test.
My apologies that I cannot help more.
I thought I had replied to it, but I must've forgotten to reply to the original comment, so I apologize for that. As for the design, I apologize as well. I was not aware of Nikki until you had brought it up; I was not in charge of designing the MC and had left it to a friend of mine as I had not been confident in coming up with a design for the MC myself. I was not aware that they had just provided me with a design from another video game, however, which I had then sent over to the artist.
As much as I would like to go and have the character be redesigned, but I do not see it in the cards as that would be far too expensive for me to have all the earlier art of her be reworked as well as the fact that the other art has yet to be completed. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, however, and my apologies for taking so long to get to it.
Oh? Wait, is there a town that still says WIP? I think that must be a bug/mistake then! There's not supposed to be any towns that still says that. Could you tell me where on the map it is so I can fix it?
Also thank you very much! My next game will most likely be shorter and focus on replayability rather than being a huge adventure like this one! ^^
Thank you very much! I'm very happy to hear that you liked the game!
Yeah, it was a limitation of the engine that you have to re-equip skills every time you change classes, which I can imagine gets annoying. My next game will most likely not use RPG Maker due to just how many engine limitations there are.
Thank you for the bug reports as well! I'll look into fixing those issues as soon as I am able to!
Regarding the side chapter, it's technically complete, however, there were multiple stuff cut out from it since the scope of the chapter got a bit out of hand.
I do have some plans for more FMG/GTS games in the future, however, what they will be and when they will come, I have no clear date yet.
Thank you for the kind words!
I am deeply sorry about the lack of images. However, as the developer of the game, all that I can currently do is improve the game as much as I can. I have no real control over the images so there is not much I can do there, however, I do understand your wish to see the images get added to the game.
The next update (not the one that will come to itch.io in a week and a half, but the update after that) will give an overhaul to the goddesses to make them stronger.
As for images, they will come, but there's been delays in getting the images due to the fact that the artist has been very busy. I was recently contacted by him that he should be able to work on them somewhat soon, but when that would be I am not certain. I deeply apologize for the delay in the images, irregardless.
Thank you very much! I'm glad to hear that you enjoy it that much! It means a lot to me! ^^
Thank you for the feedback regarding the images as well, I somewhat recently updated how the itch.io page looks, but I completely forgot about updating the in-game screenshots! I'll go ahead and update the images somewhat soon!
Regarding session playtime, I guess that one is a bit outdated as well. I used to put about the length of the game when the initial demo was posted (only Chapter 1 and a bit of Chapter 2), and that was about 1 hour at most. I'm not certain what the average session would be nowadays, to be completely honest. 2 hours maybe? 3 hours?
All in all, thank you very much for the kind words and feedback, I really appreciate!
The next update to be available here on Itch.io will be later this week. (The $10 Patrons get access to new updates two weeks earlier than the $5 tier as well as itch.io)
As for the update after that, I am aiming to get it done this month, but it's up in the air currently how long it will take as the new update will most likely take a couple weeks to work on.
The two upcoming updates (the one this week and then the one hopefully later this month) will focus on improving the Main Chapters as well as other aspects. After that, I think I will go back and finish all the side content of Side Chapter 1.
I hope that answers your question.
Your old account is the one that is banned, the new one is not banned. However, I imagine that might've happened is that Discord automatically does an IP ban when you get banned and since you're the owner of both accounts, then your IP would now be banned.
You can just try and join the server again via the link on the Itch.io page. If it doesn't work, then it seems like your IP got banned.
EDIT: I looked into it and when you get banned from a Discord server, your IP also gets banned it seems.
Thank you for the suggestions!
Yeah, I think items would definitely be the simplest solution. I think I'll go ahead and add some areas that you can break doors and enter for Chapter 4 at least and some in Chapter 2's final city. The imps were kind of a carry-over actually from my original plan where you could choose to drain everyone and such, but I shifted gears in that regard since I figured adding options for everything would quickly get overwhelming for me.
I think you will like the next patch then! The first side story I'm working on is actually related to returning to the first world! Thank you for the suggestion in regards to what could be added there for the return.
Yeah, the general vibe that I was going for was that the Supreme Goddess is arrogant and thinks that Alice is beneath her and therefore, she can't be bothered to deal with Alice. I'm not too sure how well that works though or if it was even a good idea in the end.
That could be a neat idea, yeah. Originally, one of the ideas I had was to have a true ending which you could only gain on New Game+. The true ending would involve that each of your followers would gain the essence of each of the goddesses and essentially replace the goddesses with Alice replacing the Supreme Goddess. So, she would have made her own pantheon of goddesses in the original true ending, but it was kind of scrapped due to feature creep as a lot of stuff has been.
And thanks for the correction there. While I was making the heights and weights, I wanted to make them somewhat accurate, but in the end a lot of the numbers were kinda just pulled out of nowhere, I didn't put too much thought into it. I did want to make them on the heavier side though, since I have seen some people make hyper muscular characters weigh very little, but in the end, for me at least, it's hard to get a frame of reference for how much someone would weigh at such an extraordinary size, so thank you for the feedback.
I appreciate all the feedback you've given! If you have more feedback to give, I think maybe doing it via discord might be more handy, but if you prefer to do it here, then go right ahead. I appreciate the feedback nontheless! ^^
Oh, I didn't realize you could upgrade Vidhu first, so that's a bug I'll need to fix, thanks for finding that!
I'm glad you like the game though! I'm currently planning on adding more side content to the chapters, so it should be done in the coming months (hopefully)! The breaking down doors feature was kinda left behind since I wasn't too sure what to add for the later houses, so once I come up with a concrete idea there, I'll be sure to add it in for the later chapters.
I'm glad to hear you liked this game.
This game's story is finished. The only thing left to be added into the game is art. After that is done, the game is completely finished.
I have some plans for a new game, however, so far I've ran into a bunch of issues with it as well as being busy with personal stuff, so I don't have really anything to show regarding it yet, so I can't say when that will come to fruition.
Thanks for the feedback!
I'm not too sure if the thing with the Elixir of the gods can be done in RPG Maker, sadly, I'll need to look into it.
As for smashable doors, it's something I was planning on doing, but I wasn't really too sure what to do add behind the doors, so the idea got kinda scrapped. If I get some good ideas, though, I'll go ahead and add it.
Huh, that's odd. I'll need to look into it! I haven't heard of anyone else running into those issues, so I wonder what could've happened. Thanks for bringing it to my attention! I'll try and get a fix up as soon as possible!
EDIT: I have looked into the issue and I have no idea what is causing it as everything looks fine on my end. I will add the map70.json file in the download folder, however, and that will hopefully fix the issue.
