Try a new save and see if that fixes it. I have normal textures, but that wouldn't be the first time where the textures show up white for everyone else. I'll look into it more.
I just was able to get FS to load on my laptop and yes the building are white. Looks like it some how erased the custom colors I did, not sure how. going to look at seeing what I have to do to fix it.
