It's really just a single story line (and that's completely reasonable for a one-page adventure) with limited interactivity. But, again, that's not inappropriate for a bleak, edge-of-the world setting. I think it could have been fleshed out a bit with some other visitors/pilgrims to suggest a more dynamic environment, and I would have liked a map or some interior art that could help further set the scene and prompt the GMs imagination (but I'm a visual person, and that's what works well for me).
