In terms of not only first releases, but also first time projects this is pretty good start. There's a decent amount of stuff to do with some secrets to explore, the class changing for the mc is nice, and it has it's own brand of humor. I do indeed look forward to seeing where the project will go.

That being said I do have some criticisms, but I do understand that this is only the 0.1. Some bugs and oddities are bound to exist, along with my own personal opinion on things, but I'll talk about bugs because those are objective problems.

Bugs

In the recollection room Lyra's second scene doesn't show up.

Speaking of Lyra, in that same forest with her quest while exploring/looking for that clown box when you go to where the boss was her text warning you about the boss plays again.  This warning is useless as there is nothing there, and also where did she come from.

When I went down to the basement looking for what I missed, Bat/Tasha/(whatever her name might be in the final product) was already out. I don't know what caused it but I assume going to Feraladon in some way caused it.

Speaking of Feraladon, going into the Clawthorn house and then exiting has you leaving the museum. Harmless but weird.

In Eastport you can't go under the bridge to talk to the old man, fortunately going onto the bridge and then up let's you speak to him and have him complain about his house doesn't trap you and you can walk right back onto the bride (real task failed successfully)

In the cave above Eastport (Not the light tower with the on the world map) you can't cross the bridge to get to the sailor. Since there's nothing there that's fine at the moment, but just a heads up.

In Cassington, you can not go up the inn's stairs and if you spend the night you are stuck. this is especially annoying if you haven't saved in 30 minutes and you have to load back and now forgot what purple books you have and a haven't picked up.

When doing the Grumpy Dwarf quest if you have more than 10 Iron Ore he doesn't see you as having any, so you have to sell him the excess then speak to him again for him to realize you have the ore. (Not the quickest thinker that dwarf)

Now for some criticisms. I am aware however things I like might not be for all, so take these with some salt.

Mira not having any offensive capabilities or even team buffing abilities makes it hard to want to bring her. I get that she's the healer, but not only is it possible for the Mc and Sylvief can heal, along with the odd potion if needed, but it leaves her in an odd place.  It takes 1 casting of heal to go to full from like anyone, so while it's nice to dedicate her to it when no one really needed one it she felt kind of limp. There wasn't really enough threat from status or damage to really feel like she was there half the time.

I'm not sure how I feel about Unrespawning enemies. On one hand I get the since I did something in the world, but also now it feels empty. Also it took me a second to find the arena, so I was very confused on how to get half my party to level up to 10 other than the mine above the town were there was constantly respawning goblins and resources.

I was gonna talk about everything being expensive, but then I looked at the stats again and decided that it was worth it. It just feels a bit much in the moment.

Conclusion

As said above very good start to a project. Despite some of my thoughts, I do want to see where you go since there was a clear effort taken to make this. I have faith in you, and I do hope if I look back on this in say a year or two then I think of this as the start of something beautiful and not another abandoned project. Admittedly however with how the world is going, it might not be your fault but hopefully the world realizes it's being fucking stupid and hits undo a few times to go back.

Have a good day.

Thanks for telling me about all those bugs, they should all be fixed for next patch. As for your suggestions, Mira as well as a bunch of other characters will be getting balance adjustments and I think you're right about changing her from being just a pure healbot. I plan on removing some of her earlier healing spells and adding some light damage/buff abilities. Some enemies do respawn(e.g the goblins in the iron ore cave), however some areas I felt it didnt make sense for the enemies to still be there (like the skeletons still being there when the rogue necromancer has been beaten). All in all thanks for your suggestions and kind words, a new patch should be out hopefully some time next week with new content and these bug fixes.
