Yep, the whip has a heavy attack but it's kinda... meh... you don't really need it because the heavy attack hit only 1 cell forward and you need to use the whip in 1 hand only therefore it's less damage without dagger = no profit.

Yeah... maybe at first whip is pretty weak... and you think that it’s very hard to use... but if you run with whip a little longer and you lvl up some 25-30 COM stat you’re starting to wonder - "Whip is kinda OP? The weapon without big damage is OP? Haaaah?". I would not say that whip is very OP but whip can be very dungerous if you know how to use it because you can hit 6 targets at once + you can attack from a distance + very big chance of trauma and stun (it's very good to use with dagger or juicing skill) + you can destroy traps very easily + you don't have to kill anyone therefore you can save your reputation but most of the people don't understand it and hate the whip just because.
