I like the customization options in this game, but of course i have to ask something rather stupid: will there be an option to play as a transgender character?

The current plan is that once MC is an adult, there will be an option to choose who you have grown into, similar to the initial choice in the first interlude, none of them locked based on your initial choice.
It will of course be a long time before we are there.
