Did you mean what's the difference between Itch and Patreon versions?
Patreon releases are ahead of everywhere else by a few weeks. There's also some exclusive dreams for our Patreon supporters. However, beyond that, everything else is the same!
As for Highres vs Compressed, exact same content just the compressed version is lower in quality.
Android has all the same content too!
