I'm Siren, a developer working on multiple NSFW game projects. I wanted to ask if there was a way to check in with the itch admin team on one of my games that had downloads blocked due to rule violations: House Chores. I've always struggled getting in touch with the support email so I'm afraid I may not be using it properly.
After the notice, I've worked diligently to make sure the itch page, and the game's content all fall well within the rules itch has established in regards to adult material. This includes updating outdated and inaccurate tags, correcting old images, and providing clarity to the disclaimer in regards to the presented NSFW material.
I strongly believe that House Chores safely falls within the updated terms of service and am happy to continue working to ensure it meets the standards that you and your team have set. Is there an opportunity in the future to request another check to see if downloads can be restored for new players?
I've been uploading games on itch since 2018 and it's been incredible to see the website grow as large as it has. I apologize as I understand this has been a difficult and chaotic few weeks for you all. I hope to continue having the opportunity to provide new games for itch players!
