Hey just giving you a heads up, brand new player here that just downloaded this game; the empty dialogue bug is still a problem. I'm on Android (Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra). I just got outta the vault and the Quest line with Asuka (and a few others I forgot) has a lot of missing dialogue after you fight the Mountain Bikers and rescue her.
Also some text pop ups in the English version show up in Russian still :'( Like the skills description for example.
