How did you accidentally mindbreak your slave?
Probaby made them eat too much Slave Candies or something
Getting to stressed out in training or just doing to many interactions with them at any time. The next day they could become broken when waking up. I missed the notification for it and then found her that way. Way to far to go back in a save.
