I fixed it by changing the settings in compatibility on windows, thanks! Also, where do we share the exported gallery files?

That functionality is mostly just so you can easily save a backup of those files for yourself or transfer them to another instance of the game (e.g. between your phone and your computer). There is no specific place to share them publicly, but feel free to create a new thread here if you like.
