How does your game fit the theme?
Mainly, the game makes use of a set of spells that the player "loops" through as they fire, which can be altered via various powerups throughout the game. To a lesser extent, the game effectively "loops" because the levels are infinitely reused, extending gameplay indefinitely.

Nicely done! I like the idea and really like the art and style you have going.
While the concept isn't the most innovative, the loop was engaging enough that I actually wanted to test out every power up and see how high I can get. Artwork is well executed for the style that you were going for, going for a minimalist 1-bit style is smart for a short term project like that. Music was great, but only deducting points because it wasn't made specifically for the game.
much better than the ones i've played so far, I wish the artstyle was a bit more developed or explored, otherwise it's pretty interesting! Try ranking our game, I already ranked yours.
I like the limited color palette, and the game gets away with not using "pixel-perfect" art. Gameplay was fun overall, but I wish there was maybe a little more strategy/control with the spells, as I just found myself taking ice every single time.
What can I say, I'm a sucker for 1bit and pseduo 1 bit art styles. Had a lot of fun playing this, made it to floor 6 before I died. The music is so nostalgic and fun too. Great job!
Cool aesthetic! I would have liked to see some more enemy variety as you move up the tower though.
nice work! I like the artwork - reminds me Undertale somehow
