I like this concept! I think it would be nice if it also told us to breathe out, since when it said to breathe in, I was trying to match my breathing to the rhythm and pacing and I didn't know when to breathe out. I found it a bit hard to finish the game, which did make it feel frustrating at times. It might be helpful to consider the negative experiences the players could have, as they might want to quit, which may be your intention. I think it could work better to gradually create a more positive feeling at the end rather than having it feel mostly negative throughout to improve the user experience. Overall, I think this concept is nice and I liked that it focused on mindfulness and self-doubt. I also enjoyed the art and liked how there were visual aids, like the circles, to help match the rhythm.
