You could have given me 100 guesses, I would have never expected anybody to make a game based on Zelda 2 for this jam, and considering how I didn't like that game, I found this game really good! Very much think the retro vibe helps it and the level up system was what kept me coming back, only think I feel like is missing is a transition from the end of the loop to the start, something as simple as a "exit to the overworld and tween back to the castle". Massive well done!

Zelda 2 meets Minit meets incremental game was what we were going for, glad the inspo came through. Agree about the loop end, is very sudden and simple now, I like the idea of tweening through the overworld (or maybe even a rewind effect of some kind). Thanks for the feedback!
