Good for you tackling what I would call a "multi-state" dungeon situation. I like the editorial decision to place "Author of..." on the cover (that's so accurate to paperbacks). I'm fond of "Lacuna" as a vocabulary word and it makes a good weapon name. Lots of Appendix N accurate substance here.
