I really want them to add size difference, it could be very interesting if you think about it:
The height can be categorized in 3 types: Short, average and tall (Maybe short tack as an extra). This could facilitate or complicate the flirting as another NPC taste, some sex positions could change, and it would've make sence for those Npc's that are supposed to be big.
