HEX D6 is a system of mechanics for tabletop role-playing games, adaptable for video games (such as Baldur's Gate 3), with a Creative Common BY-NC license, so you can use them to create your adventures, your own environment with HEX D6 mechanics.

HEX D6 includes two manuals: the game master's manual and the player's guide, which are essential for starting to play. For battle enthusiasts, the compendium "Armory Hall" is included, featuring a hundred types of weapons with their characteristics, as well as armour, traps and explosive devices. For the most motivated game designers, there is a compendium "HEX Designer", which will help you adapt the mechanics to your game, and also contains unique lore from the HEX D6 universe.

HEX D6 is a complex but not complicated system of mechanics, that allows you to create immersive worlds, but also to adapt to your gaming needs and style. Due to their adaptability and compartmentalisation, these mechanics can be used both by those who prefer a tactical style of play and by those who use a narrative style, using optional mechanics and narrative devices.

With HEX D6, it is possible, but not necessary, to create well-rounded characters with personalities that differ from one another. This is very useful for role-playing (literally) campaigns. Furthermore, it is possible to carry out an infinite number of activities thanks to the characters' professions, skills, knowledge, physical abilities and personality traits.
