sometimes pictures are move very fast, and this is good. i can get more score easily

sometimes slow, terrible slow, so can't get high score

do this speed relate to anything? i do need quick money(and like to reach the high score lol)

You might be just using the 'skip' feature without knowing it.

Altho in the past it didn't affect the timer. Something may have changed with all the Renpy updates. I'll look into it tomorrow.

I had a look now. This definitely wasn't a thing in the past, or at least it wasn't that bad.

I got it fixed but it will come with update 0.50 which is still quite far away. For now, you can try using SKIP to go around it.
